Criteria. WBG seeks established middle market companies with a strong market position and/ or historical financial performance. We rely primarily on these two factors in our initial screening process.
WBG looks for target companies throughout North America across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, business services, medical and healthcare, aviation services and value added distribution.
